    Dear Ms. Sandvik, Messrs. McConnell and Peterson:

    This letter will serve to confirm our agreement to resolve the above-referenced grievances
    on the following terms and conditions:

    1. The Company will distribute the Operations Bulletin attached hereto to all flight
    attendants. The Bulletin contains guidelines established regarding flight attendant
    aircraft tidying responsibilities.

    2. The Company also agrees to distribute a similar publication to all domestic customer
    service managers and will explore the possibility of including aircraft tidying guidelines
    in PARS.

    3. The Company agrees to make payment in the amount of thirty minutes (:30) at the
    applicable incentive rate to the employees listed below with the understanding that it is
    without prejudice or precedent to future similar cases.
    4. The parties understand and agree that aircraft tidying responsibilities are established
    pursuant to Company policy. The Company will provide the IBT with notice and an
    opportunity to comment on any proposed changes prior to amendment or modification.

    Please indicate your agreement by signing where indicated below and returning a fully
    signed copy to me.
