LETTER OF AGREEMENT
between
NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
and
FLIGHT ATTENDANTS
in the service of
NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
as represented by
INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS
THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Northwest Airlines, Inc., a Minnesota
Corporation (the "Employer"), and the Flight Attendants in the service of Northwest
Airlines, Inc., as represented by the International Brotherhood of Teamsters (the
"Union").
The undersigned parties agree as follows:
1. While pre-merger Republic Flight Attendants longevity accrual commenced on
date of assignment to training, pre-merger Northwest Flight Attendants longevity
accrual commenced on date of assignment to line flying. The parties have agreed
that, effective January 1, 1995, pre-merger Northwest Flight Attendants will have
their longevity dates adjusted to reflect commencement of longevity on their date
of assignment to training.
Agreed to this 30th day of July, 1993.
