LETTER OF AGREEMENT
between
NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
and
FLIGHT ATTENDANTS
in the service of
NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
as represented by
ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS - CWA, AFL-CIO


THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Northwest Airlines, Inc. a Minnesota
Corporation (the "Company") and the Flight Attendants in the service of Northwest Airlines,
Inc. as represented by the Association of Flight Attendants - CWA, AFL-CIO (the
"Union").
The Union and the Company agree to meet, within ninety (90) days of the ratification of
this Agreement, for the purposes of exploring the circumstances under which Interoffice
Communications (IOCs) are placed in Flight Attendant Employee files and the length of
time they remain in such files.
Agreed to on this 18th day of June, 2007
