    LETTER OF AGREEMENT
    between
    NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
    and
    FLIGHT ATTENDANTS
    in the service of
    NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
    as represented by
    ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS - CWA, AFL-CIO


    THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Northwest Airlines, Inc. a
    Minnesota Corporation (the "Company" and the Flight Attendants in the
    service of Northwest Airlines, Inc. as represented by the Association of Flight
    Attendants - CWA, AFL-CIO (the "Union").
    The undersigned parties agree as follows:
    A number of agreements reach in Section 6 negotiations will generate the
    need for modifications to current programs or will require new automation.
    The Company will complete all necessary programming within twelve (12)
    months of ratification of the new Agreement, except that programming
    required under Letters of Agreement 15, 19 and 21 (PBS, Lead Flight
    Attendant Bidding and Split Lines) is not subject to the timeline established
    here.
    The parties agree to meet and confer for the purposes of prioritizing the
    programming and automation projects.
    Agreed to on this 18th day of June, 2007.
