    Subject: JFK/LGA/EWR Co-Terminals
    Reference: Section 6 - Scheduling
    LETTER OF AGREEMENT
    between
    NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
    and
    FLIGHT ATTENDANTS
    in the service of
    NORTHWEST AIRLINES, INC.
    as represented by
    ASSOCIATION OF FLIGHT ATTENDANTS - CWA, AFL-CIO


    THIS AGREEMENT is entered into by and between Northwest Airlines, Inc., a Minnesota
    Corporation (the "Employer"), and the Flight Attendants in the service of Northwest
    Airlines, Inc., as represented by the Association of Flight Attendants - CWA,
    AFL-CIO (the "Union"). The undersigned parties agree that JFK, LGA and EWR are NYC
    base co-terminals and the following shall apply:
    1. The New York base consists of JFK, LGA and EWR airports.
    2. Flight Attendants may be scheduled to originate or terminate patterns at any of
    these three (3) airports.
    3. Generally speaking, patterns shall be constructed to originate and terminate at
    the same airport.
    4. When the needs of the operation cannot be accomplished as above, a pattern
    may terminate at an airport which differs from the airport of origination on either
    a scheduled or rescheduled basis. In such cases, the Company shall furnish free
    transportation to the airport of origination.
    5. Flight Attendants assigned patterns originating from JFK shall report for such
    patterns at JFK pursuant to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
    6. Flight Attendants assigned patterns originating from LGA shall report for such
    patterns at LGA pursuant to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
    7. Flight Attendants assigned patterns originating from EWR shall report for such
    patterns at EWR pursuant to the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
